1. Panels: thermal insulated and good wind resist performance
43mm double layer (0.7mm/layer) aluminum alloy sandwich panel,
foaming density 40kg/m3, high quality nylon wheels and 2.5mm thickness aluminum alloy
hinges.
2. Frame and rails
Frame material: 2.5mm powder coated galzanized steel or 304
Stainless steel.
Rails: circular rail for enough space condition or elliptical rail for
limit space contion
3. Motor and Control system
Italy servo technology control system. With more accurate
controlling of motor running than traditional encoder control. And
Human-Machine Interface display is equipped, to make the daily
operation and setting much easier and friendly. There is Fault
Self-checking program and shows error codes when there is fault.
4. Emergency devices
It can be easily opened by hand with this device under emergency
situations like power failure or electrical faults.

Vehicle loop detector, Radar sensor, Push button, Pull switch,

6. Safety performance
A. Safety photo cell sensor.
When there is human or vehicle under the door, the door will stop
closing and get up automatically. This will avoid accident
collisions.
B. Safety bottom airbag sensor
When the bottom bar of the door touches something, it will stop
closing immediately and get up automatically.
C. Alarm light
When the door opens or closes, the lamp will keep flashing to warn
passing human or vehicles.
